Description: The Riverwalk Place apartments (455 Main Street), between Main Street and West Road at approximately Manhattan 63rd Street in the southern half of Roosevelt Island, Manhattan. The building also serves as housing for Weill Cornell Medical School. These new apartments and the adjacent lawns strongly resemble the setup of Battery Park City, as all these new waterfront communities do. It also has the feeling of a complex you would see in upstate New York, like White Plains or Yonkers.
