Description: Routemaster bus RML2573 (reg. JJD 573D), seen here at Manchester Piccadilly. After withdrawal from London route service (it was one of the buses used on the last route on the last day on 9 Dec 2005), RML2573 was then converted into a mobile radio station by 95.8 Capital London. As that network expanded to include other stations, and as vehicle graphics technologies advanced, use of it has expanded to include other areas around the country in a variety of frequently changing liveries, invariably advertising both the particular station and one of its partners or promotions. In this case, the project was a Capital FM network wide promotion in association with Kit Kat (hence the generic 96-106 Capital FM logo, as opposed to specific 102 Capital Manchester logo), in which listeners would compete to choose which particular flavour of the Chunky Kit Kat was their 'champion'.
