This is a 1946-built, ex-Newark, ex-Minneapolis PCC-type streetcar that has been painted in the former paint scheme of DC Transit (in Washington, DC) for its use as a heritage streetcar on San Francisco's F-line. (It was never used in Washington, DC, but PCC-type streetcars were used there.)
