Description: Early picture of Ocean Blvd. (Seabreeze Blvd.) : Seabreeze, Florida. Palm trees for lining the boulevard have just been planted, and Mrs. Helen Wilman Post surveys the teamsters from her carriage on the corner of Halifax and Ocean Blvd. Peninsula Dr., then known as Pine St. (because of the scrub pines that bordered it), was cut through to Butler Blvd., where it ended along with the Post property.
