Description: Hotel Deca and UW Tower, Seattle, Washington. The Hotel Deca was originally the Meany Hotel, then University Tower Hotel. See Summary for 4507 Brooklyn AVE, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, unfortunately says very little about the building, while saying that it "appears to meet the criteria of the National Register of Historic Places... [and] Seattle Landmarks Preservation Ordinance". The UW Tower was originally Safeco Plaza, a name that has been transferred to Safeco's new downtown location.
