Description: House on Hamilton Hill, originally known as Cassa Anna, decorated for the visit of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh to Brisbane in 1954 A Spanish Residence. New residence for Mr. E.F. Powers, Hamilton; walls to be of stucco, with wrought iron ballustrading to piazza and iron grilles to windows. The roof will be covered with Spanish type of Cordova tiles, manufactured by Messrs.
