Description: Residence known as 'Eulalia' , Brisbane, Queensland, 1932. "Eulalia" — a large, low set residence, is constructed of brick with a slate roof and wide covered verandahs. Cast iron balustrades feature prominently, with decorative fretwork at the top on the posts. Doors open onto the wide verandah to assist with hot and humid climatic conditions and fire places for warmth in winter. This charming home was designed essentially in the International Victorian manor style by architects John Hall and Sons and was built for the Honourable Patrick Real ca. 1889.
