Description: Shun'ichi Iwasaki, Director of Tohoku Institute of Technology, Gōichi Oda, actor, Ikuta Takagi, chirographer, Susumu Nakanishi, Director of Toyama Prefectural Koshi no Kuni Museum of Literature, and Tasuku Honjo, President of Shizuoka Prefectural Public University Corporation, received the Order of Culture from Emperor Akihito at the Imperial Palace in Chiyoda Ward, Tōkyō Metropolis on November 3, 2013.
