Description: This is the first article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Tolkien’s Tengwar script (in English). This image makes use of the Tengwar font Tengwar Annatar 1.20. Anyway, this is not a copy of the font, and I have said (on Commons:Village pump) that especially in raster graphics, possible font copyrights do not apply. (However, the exact status of an invented script is somewhat unclear.)
