Description: The Devil's Humps barrows on Bow Hill Looking along the chalk ridge towards the summit of Bow Hill from the most westerly barrow in the linear group known as the "Devil's Humps" or "Kings' Graves". The barrow underfoot and the main one in this photograph are classified as bell barrows, since the mound is separated from the ditch by a berm. The underlying chalk is exposed here by the well-worn path from one barrow to the next.
