Description: The coast at Ramore Head, Portrush Ramore Head is the tip of the peninsula from which the town of Portrush derives its name. There are steep cliffs to the west and the public path is unprotected. The rocks have a formation reminiscent of the Giant’s Causeway. The head is said to be a good place for gull rarities.
