Description: The Thousand Mile Tree in Weber Canyon, Utah — fenced and with a black and white sign honoring the accomplishment. The tree honors the workers of the Union Pacific Railroad completing 1000 miles (1600 km) of the First Transcontinental Railroad. This is not the original tree, but a replacement one that was planted in the 20th-century. Taken from the shoulder of Interstate 84
