Description: Members of the 75th Ranger Regiment, who comprise the U.S. Army team during the Chilean Atacama Desert International Patrolling Competition 2009, conduct a casualty evacuation as part of the competition. This competition offers an opportunity for different teams to compete and share patrolling techniques as well as the fraternal bonds that are found in many of the world's commando and special reconnaissance units.
