(June 14, 2006) – Aviation Machinist's Mate Elmer Rayos, right, receives his certificate of United States citizenship from USS George Washington (CVN 73) Commanding Officer, Capt. Garry R. White, left, during a naturalization ceremony held aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. More than 140 U.S. Sailors, Marines and Soldiers from 45 countries took the Oath of Citizenship given by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
