Note: A second partial panorama transmitted by Venera 9 is omitted, although this second transmission includes no data not present in the main panorama represented by this image. This is the raw 6-bit telemetry, about 115 by 512 pixels. The improved images created by Don Mitchell on the source web page were not utilized.
