Description: Vintage Arrow germanium crystal radio sold as an educational toy for kids during the 1960s. It comes complete with a piezoelectric earpiece (left) and an antenna wire with a clip on the end to clip to bedsprings for a larger antenna. It is called a "germanium" radio because crystal radios use a germanium diode as a detector.
