Description: Yorkshire Engine Co 'Janus' type locomotive (builder's number 2787 of 1961) at Shelton Steelworks - Named 'Atlas'. Although out of use and in poor condition when photographed, this locomotive was very close to original condition, retaining the original front handrails with headlights and lacking any form of train brakes. 1997 Photographer - A.M.Hurrell Camera - Minolta X700 (35mm film) Modified - Scanned from print.
