Description: Iron plate with Arabic numbers arranged in a 6 × 6 grid to form a magic square adding up to 111 horizontally, vertically and diagonally (28, 4, 3, 31, 35, 10; 36, 18, 21, 24, 11, 1; 7, 23, 12, 17, 22, 30; 8, 13, 26, 19, 16, 29; 5, 20, 15, 14, 25, 32; 27, 33, 34, 6, 2, 9). Yuan Dynasty (1206-1368). Currently housed at the Shaanxi History Museum in Xi'an. Discovered at Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, 1956.
