Description: Quartz fracture laced with spectacular visible gold. Boulder is 1 foot long from an outcropping vein found by Yukon prospector Alex Macmillan of Watson Lake. Property is available for option under the name of Hyland Gold. This find could become incentive for a staking rush in a whole new area in the southern Yukon. Specimen displayed in Yukon Room at the 2010 Vancouver Roundup. Location The Hyland property is situated in the Watson Lake Mining District of South Eastern Yukon Territory, Canada. It is located 70 kilometres northeast of the village of Watson Lake and is centered at latitude 60º 30' N and longitude 127º 50' W. The property is accessible by helicopter, float plane and 4x4 roads.
