Keephills is a small community called a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada. It is part of Parkland County. You can find Keephills about 19 kilometers (12 miles) south of Highway 16. It is also about 64 kilometers (40 miles) southwest of Edmonton, a major city. A big workplace nearby is the Keephills Generating Station, which helps make electricity.
