St George's Anglican Church
This church is located at 10 Francis Street in Carnarvon. It was built in 1907 and became a heritage site on October 15, 1999. It's also known as St George’s Church of England. This building shows us the early religious life in the area.
St Mary's Star of the Sea Church
You can find this church at 21 Johnston Street in Carnarvon. It was built in 1910 and was added to the heritage list on February 17, 2006. People sometimes call it the Church of St Mary Star of the Sea Group or Church of St Mary’s.
Babbage Island Lighthouse
This lighthouse is on Annear Place, Babbage Island, in Carnarvon. It was built in 1897 and became a heritage site on March 24, 2000. It's also known as the Carnarvon Lighthouse and Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage Museum. Lighthouses are important for guiding ships.
Site of the Gascoyne River Bridge
This site is in Carnarvon. The original bridge was built in 1931 and was listed as a heritage site on August 15, 2003. It was also called the 10 Mile Bridge or MRWA 838 North West Coastal Highway. Sadly, the bridge was taken down in 2002, but its site is still important.

Homeswest Building

Overseas Telecommunications Satellite Earth Station
This important station is on Mahony Avenue, Brown Range, in Brown Range. It was built in 1964 and was listed as a heritage site on May 4, 2001. It's often called the OTC Earth Station, OTC Telecommunications Station, or simply "The Dish." This station played a big role in connecting Australia to the world through satellites.
One Mile Jetty and Tramway
This heritage area is in Carnarvon. The tramway was built in 1898 and the whole precinct was listed on February 7, 1997. It includes the famous One Mile Jetty and the old tramway that used to run along it.
