Martin Hub (born on March 13, 1964) is an actor and professional stuntman from the Czech Republic. He is famous for playing many different characters, like soldiers or bodyguards. Martin Hub is also well-known for his amazing stunt work in big movies. These include Titanic, Saving Private Ryan, and Gladiator.

Martin Hub's Life and Career

Martin Hub grew up in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic. When he was in high school, he was a very active athlete. He played sports like football and handball. He also practiced throwing javelin, balls, and disks, and he was involved in boxing.

Martin learned his stunt skills at the Jaroslav Toms Czech stunt school. He started his film career in 1986 with the movie Field Field. Since then, he has appeared in many popular films.

Famous Stunt and Acting Roles

In the movie Titanic (1997), Martin Hub played a Slovakian father. His character tragically went down with the ship while holding his son. In Saving Private Ryan (1998), he played a Czech soldier. He also worked as the official stuntman for actor Russell Crowe in the movie Gladiator (2000). This means he performed all the dangerous actions for Russell Crowe's character.

Today, Martin Hub is part of the Filmka stunt group. He also teaches and organizes stunt work for others.
