Rachal, Texas facts for kids
Rachal is an unincorporated community in south central Brooks County, Texas, United States. It is located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and FM 755, approximately twenty-one miles south of Falfurrias.
The community was established in 1913 and was named for E.R. Rachal, the first Brooks County tax assessor. Today, it exists as a dispersed community of nearly forty residents and a few businesses.
