The Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville is a super fun place in Evansville, Indiana. It's a special museum where kids can learn and explore through hands-on activities. The museum helps children understand the world around them. You can find exhibits about taking things apart, a cool water display that covers many floors, and areas to learn about your body and senses. There's even a gallery where you can express yourself creatively!
This museum opened in September 2006. It is located inside the old Central Library building. This building has a unique style called Art Deco. It is so important that it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the museum has three floors full of exciting exhibits and galleries for visitors to enjoy. A company called Roto Studio designed the museum. They are experts at creating interactive learning spaces for both kids and adults.

Live Well: Learn About Your Body
The Live Well gallery is all about staying healthy. Here, kids can try out hands-on activities to learn about the human body. Quack Factory: Upper Deck Fun
The Quack Factory - Upper Deck is a busy place! Everyone visiting has a job to do here. You become a "worker" helping to feed the Great Duck Machine. You'll have tasks like lifting, dropping, launching, and pushing balls and ducks. It's all about teamwork and seeing how things move!
Quack Factory: Wet Deck Water Play
The Quack Factory - Wet Deck is where water flows in amazing ways. You can send a duck floating around a big basin. Or, you can see if your duck can make it through a special lock system, just like boats do! You can also create your own spouting masterpiece using different pipes. See if your design springs a leak or if it works perfectly!
Work Smart: Build and Discover
Work Smart is a place where you can build things and take them apart. One popular activity is the Dino Dig, where you can dig for dinosaur bones. You can also try to guess the weight of different objects. This gallery lets you explore how tools work and how to deconstruct various items.
Aluminate: Slide and Play
Aluminate is a new and exciting play tower. It was inspired by aluminum and renewable energy. Come and play, and then slide down the two-story indoor slide! It's a thrilling way to explore and have fun.
