De'Adre Imani Aziza (born June 14, 1977) is an American actress and singer. She is known for her work in both theater and on television.

Early Life and Education
De'Adre Aziza was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey. Her mother, Donna L. Avery, was a professor and textiles expert. De'Adre studied at the Harlem School of the Arts for eleven years. She also trained at the Dance Theater of Harlem for four years. Later, she attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

De'Adre Aziza was nominated for a Tony Award. This award was for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. It was for her role in the play Passing Strange. In this play, she acted as three different characters. These characters were Edwina Williams, Marianna, and Sudabey. She also performed on Broadway in another musical.
