Gülcan Kamps (born Gülcan Karahancı on September 20, 1982) is a popular German TV presenter. She is known for hosting many shows, especially on the music channel VIVA.

Her Career in TV
Becoming a TV Star
After finishing school in Lübeck, Gülcan Kamps started studying business. But her path soon changed! She was picked from 500 people to become a VJ for the music TV channel VIVA. A VJ is like a DJ, but for music videos.
In 2004, she even had a hit song! She worked with singer Mustafa Sandal on "Aya Benzer," which became a top 10 hit in Europe.
Hosting Shows and Helping Others
Gülcan has also used her fame to help others. Since 2004, she has supported many good causes, like working with UNICEF.
In January 2005, she began hosting an interactive live show called "17." She presented it with Janin Reinhardt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf. She also hosted a fun karaoke show called Shibuya on VIVA.
In July 2007, she was a presenter at Live Earth, a big concert event to raise awareness about climate change.
Recent TV Work
Gülcan returned to television in 2024. She started hosting the German version of a fashion competition show called My Style Rocks on the channel Sport1.
Her Personal Life
On August 7, 2007, Gülcan married Sebastian Kamps. Sebastian is the son of Heiner Kamps, who founded the well-known Kamps bakery chain in Germany.
