Before 2019, the museum was in a different building on Echo Street. Now, all its important items are in the new location. The Heritage Centre collects and saves historical items. These include old newspapers, maps, and family history records. They also display artifacts from Haldimand County in their galleries. The person in charge of the museum's collections is the curator, Geneva Gillis.
