Description: The Filipino showcased its artistic expression and resourcefulness in the production of “Lambanog”. This has been a historic tradition within the Filipino Community especially in Batangas where it is abundant and famous. The process of making lambanog starts with the coconut tree. From removing the flower and replacing it with a bamboo tube. Daily, the people collect the nectars in the tube and it is being distilled to become lambanog
