Description: Pictured is a Lancaster B.III, above an overcast sky in early February 1944, a few days after being received by 619 Squadron at Coningsby, Lincolnshire. The aircraft was later lost during an attack on the Gnome-Rhone engine factory at Gennevilliers, France, during the night of 9/10 May 1944.
