Description: A very noble house, originally built in the C17th, but overhauled by John Nash in 1777 (it must have been one of his first commissions). The facade is divided by Corinthian pilasters and the first-floor windows have alternating pediments. The porch and top storey were added c1860 by the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, whose name still can be seen in the frieze. Grade II listed.
