Description: 1969 AMX, a two-seat GT sport coupe made by American Motors Corporation (AMC). This "muscle car" has the 390 "Go Package" that included the 390 cu in (6.4 L) high-compression 4-bbl 315 hp (235 kW; 319 PS) V8 engine, racing stripes, power front disk brakes, Twin-Grip rear differential, Magnum 500 wheels with trim ring, E70x14 red-stripe performance tires, and other high-performance components. This car has the "Big Bad Orange" paint option that included painted bumpers and matching rear bumper guards. Photograph taken at the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This AMC AMX was one of the first cars donated to the museum's permanent collection. The AACA is premier car club in the world focused on antique cars, trucks, motorcycles, and their history.
