Description: 1 and 2 Logan Circle is a Second Empire style building constructed in 1877 for Ulysses S. Grant Jr., the son of U.S. President Ulysses S. Grant. It previously served as the Embassy of Venezuela and as a sanitarium. The building now consists of eight condominium units. It is a contributing property to the Logan Circle Historic District and Greater Fourteenth Street Historic District.
