In the background a hut made of clay bricks and layered thatched roofing. Explanation on page 70: "Drinking beer is a social event, the beer market is the beating heart of the market. The size is again an old standard milk powder can, but you drink it from a gourd. And it is not proper to drink the beer you bought all on your own, someone else always has to 'help'. A typical Kapsiki way of sharing is 'boire à deux', a drink of friendship, to the bottom; whoever can drink the fastest gets the most. Together with a friend, Luc showed it to me, and they didn't spill a drop; they could even do it with a bottle of beer, and with such a narrow opening it's no mean feat."
