Description: The “About VirtualBox” image contained in the Open Source Edition of VirtualBox 1.5.6 OSE shows the following: The Chameleon relates to SUSE Linux, carrying a red hat which relates to Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Fedora Linux (formally only Red Hat Linux), holding on to the VirtualBox. The Penguin looks like Tux, the mascot of the Linux kernel, with a tambourine that features the Ubuntu logo. His left paw resembles the GNOME logo. The Butterfly is like the MSN Butterfly logo, representing Microsoft Windows operating systems. The stars represent the Mandriva logo. Beastie is the BSD Daemon, which is holding an apple that looks like the Apple logo, hinting at the heritage of Mac OS X. His tail stands for the logo of Debian.
