Description: On April 3rd 2011,the Opening Ceremony of the XIII Year Celebrations were held in Uruguay. The event was part of the activities commemorating the Bicentennial of Uruguay, which took place during that year. A ceremony that took place in Montevideo and was attended by more than 500 children from 19 schools across the country.
