Description: Agios Nikolaos on the Grotta of Naxos Town (Chora). It is one of the oldest Naxians churches, although it does not look like. It comes from the 4th to 7th centuries. It is below the square. Before the recent remodeling (after excavation and construction of the underground museum) to him went down the stairs. The church was rebuilt several times.
