Description: Skeletal diagram of the medium-sized tyrannosauroid Alectrosaurus olseni. Based on the lectotype AMNH 6554[1][2], with the missing parts (or grey parts) restored after specimen AMNH 6556[3] and the Bayan Shireh material: IGM 100/50 and IGM 100/51.[4] It was originally unearthed from the Iren Dabasu Formation[1], and later from the Bayan Shireh Formation[4] (if proven). The lectoype is a fragmentary individual, consisting of:[1]Nearly complete right hindlimb only lacking the distal tarsal elements; left metatarsals II, III and IV, and a fragmentary distal foot of a pubis, it is unknown which pubis represents. There's no clarity if the Bayan Shireh material truly belong to this genus, however, no analyses have been seriously conducted and therefore, they must be kept on a limbo. Nevertheless, according to Holtz, these specimens are closely related and may represent the same species or genus.[5] Color Key   Known   Unknown
