Description: Flag of San Felipe de Puerto Plata. Based off of my memory, the flag had the coat of arms and text above and below it, though the proportions, text sizing & sizing of the coat of arms might be off from the original. I found this version of the flag much more common than the textless flag, which I saw only once & this version about 5 times, with this version being the one displayed in front of the Ayuntamiento Municipal de San Felipe de Puerto Plata.
