Description: Even though this is the 4th of July weekend, I am going to be very technical and title this my "3rd of July Omlette"! It is made of a lot of onion and red bell pepper mixed with egg substitute and parmesan cheese and salt free seasoning (which usually contains some garlic, dill, black pepper, paprika, basil, rosemary and oregano.)
