Description: One of three high rise tower blocks located off Windmill Lane, Smethwick. As part of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's policy of radical refurbishment, the blocks were transformed in 2016 with flat-to-pitched roof conversions, installation of an insulated cladding system, energy efficient windows and new glazed balcony enclosures.
