Description: Avon House Bristol. Yet another planning blunder "Concrete Monstrosity". The former Avon House is an 18-storey building, one of the tallest structures in central Bristol, England. It was built speculatively and used initially by the former Avon County Council from 1973. I have noticed that the traffic can not turn left there anymore as shown and that van is in the wrong lane.
