Description: Bibingka is the local term for Rice Cakes placed on banana leaf. We ground the rice, add little sugar, coconut milk, yeast and cheese strips on the top, then bake. In our place in Cebu, you can taste this local foods. Many cooked this in the streets, side roads, but I know where is the best place to buy this.
