NOT included yet: Algeria, Turkey (did not respond to confirm status, up to June 2025) BRICS candidates - Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Syria (though status unclear after civil war) and Venezuela (though Brazil blocked candidacy as of 2024). NOT included: Algeria and Argentina (withdrew candidateship)
