Description: The original Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital building on First Avenue between 29th and 30th Streets in Kips Bay, Manhattan, New York is now a men's homeless shelter. Built in 1931, the architects were C. B. Meyers and Thompson, Holmes, and Converse. The building was closed as a hospital in the mid-1980s.
