Description: Bisonia niemii branch with leaves reconstruction by Omar Hoftun. Bisonia niemiin is an extinct member of the Laurales, possibly belongs in the Lauraceae. 64 specimens of it from 5 sites are known from the Late Cretaceous Hell Creek Formation in Montana.
