Description: Molino de la Albolafia, also known as Wheel of Albolafia, is a water mill located on the right bank of the Guadalquivir near the Roman bridge. Although built by the Romans, it was used to provide water for irrigation of the Alcázar’s orchards. In the early 16th century it became a flour mill. The nearby river islands called "Los Sotos de la Albolafia" are now a protected wetland.
