THE PREVIOUSLY BARREN HILLSIDE WAS DEVELOPED BECAUSE OF 2 BRIDGES SPANNING FALL CREEK AND THE EXTENSION OF TROLLEY LINES. MANY STRUCTURES FEATURE TUDOR REVIVAL STYLE AND ARE LANDMARK HOME OR FRATERNITY HOUSES. THIS FRATERNITY HOUSE ISLOCATED AT 118 TRIPHAMMER ROAD
