Description: The Robert F. Fisher Memorial Bridge over Yager Creek in Carlotta, California. Yager Creek is a tributary stream of the Van Duzen River. Bridge 04-089 was built in 1968, and named by California Assembly Concurrent Resolution 151, Chapter 282, in 1969 for Robert F. Fisher who was elected to the California Assembly by the people of Humboldt County in 1926, 1928 and 1930, was the last remaining Spanish-American War veteran in Humboldt County.
