Caudal peduncle as long as deep 310 CYPRIXIDJE. or a little deeper than long. Scales 36—39 (jF^J, 3^-4^ between lateralline and root of ventral, 1G-18 round caudal peduncle. Pectoral as longas head, not reaching ventral, the first ray of which falls below secondbranched ray of dorsal. Caudal notched, crescentic. Caudal peduncleslightly deeper than long.
