Description: It was destroyed in a cyclone of 5 Dec 1885. The Brisbane Courier Newspaper - 28 Oct 1868: "The building is 40 feet long by 22 feet broad ; the height to the ridge being 27 feet, and to the top of the spire 47 feet. It contains sittings for 120 persons comfortably. It is a weather- board erection, built entirely of hardwood, except the timbers of the roof, and has an open timbered porch at the west end, and a vestry on the side of the chancel. The building is lighted by five lights on each side, with trefoil heads to the windows. The roof is open-timbered, prepared for staining. The chancel is raised above the body of the church, and divided from it by a pointed arch, and lighted with three light painted windows. Ample ventilation is secured by several- openings along the eaves and-in the roof. The building was commenced on the 16th of April last, and was completed on the 16th of August. Mr. E. G. Suter, of Brisbane, is the architect; and Mr. J. J. D'Evlin, of South Brisbane, the builder. "
